Description
The 2019 harvest was a return to classic Oregon growing conditions. The vineyard experienced generally cooler temperatures overall and early return of fall rain leading to significant precipitation at the end of the growing season. The 2019 wines show naturally moderate alcohol levels, lively acidity, and exceptional flavor and color development. We harvest our Chardonnay grapes from Block I of our estate vineyard.
This Chardonnay is bright and lively with enticing aromas of pineapple, wet stone, caramel, and barrel toast on the nose. Citrus, pear, lemon zest, and limoncello notes dance on the palate, accompanied by a rich creaminess. This is a vibrant, stunning, well-balanced Chardonnay.
Domaine de Broglie wines are made exclsively from fruit grown on our 42-acre, LIVE certified, sustainable vineyard located in the Dundee Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
