Description
The 2019 growing season started out cold and wet but became very hot by mid-late summer. Frequent rain in August and September slowed fruit development, leading to fruit with moderate sugar levels and crisp acidity. As a result, 2019 Oregon Pinot Noirs are structured and elegant – graceful and lively with unique vintage personality.
The 2019 Block A Clone 114 Pinot Noir beckons with enticing aromas of black tea, sandalwood, and cedar. Deep, lush flavors of baking chocolate, black licorice, anise, and dark blackberry fruit are framed by mild tannins to make this a unique, delicious, and satisfying Pinot Noir.
